SVIM is based in Hong Kong, therefore our response times to email enquiries and social media messages may vary because of the different time zones. So, we've put together this definitive list of answers to commonly asked questions to give you all the info you'll ever need right here at your fingertips.

  • What Payment Methods Are Available?

    Shopify offers fast, convenient payment options via most major credit cards and Paypal.

  • How Long Does Postage Take?

    With COVID still taking hold in much of the world, shipping times can vary and change constantly. Therefore, please review our Shipping page which we will keep updated as the situation evolves.

  • Do You Ship Worldwide?

    Yes we do! Owing to ongoing Covid situation, shipping issues will arise. Please see our Shipping page for more details. You will see our shipping rates upon checkout.

  • Why Haven’t I Received An Order Confirmation?

    Please check your Junk mail folder first. Please allow up to 5 hours after purchase time to receive a confirmation email. Your order tracking number will be emailed within 24 hours of placing your order. If you have not received anything after this time please contact us at hello@mysvimwear.com

  • Where Is My Order?

    If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery times, please check the tracking number that was sent out to you. If you are still unable to locate your parcel please send us an email at hello@mysvimwear.com and we will do our best to assist you.

  • Can I Change Or Cancel My Order?

    We ship out within 48 hours of your order being placed. Please contact us ASAP at hello@mysvimwear.com for any changes or Cancellations. We are not able to amend orders once payment is finalised, however, we can cancel and re-issue manually if the order has not already dispatched.

  • Can I Return A Product?

    No problem! if you’re looking to return a faulty or incorrect item, please get in touch so we can get this sorted for you  – hello@mysvimwear.com.

    You can return most items for a refund, excluding change of mind purchases on sale or discounted items (includes promotional codes) within 30 days of receiving your original order.

    Please note the refund will be less postage costs. The customer will be responsible for return postage costs.

    All goods will be inspected on return and garment tags must still be intact.

    Please print your order receipt/invoice and include it in the return package.

    Note, sale and discount items cannot be returned.

    Please allow up to 7 working days once your return arrives. We’ll send you an email to let you know once it has been received and your refund has been processed.

  • Can I Exchange My Purchase?

    Need to return something? Not a problem. We accept all returns that are full price (excluding shipping costs). Change of mind purchases on sale, discounted and promotional items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

  • Where Is Your Company Based?

    SVIM is based in the great city of Hong Kong SAR.

  • Are Your Shorts Ethically Made?

    Yes! Our shorts are all made from recycled materials. This extends to our shipping box and packaging.

  • Do Your Products Come In Packaging?

    Yes, our products are shipped in a kraft box which can be recycled. We also use #INVISIBLEBAG to protect your garment which is 100% water soluble, meaning you can melt it with boiling water and throw the water down the sink.
